Take the easiest path—your family, friends, friends of your friends … Somebody you’ve met face to face is almost always a better lead than people you connect with online.
Talk to people as a human being
Beware automated sales scripts! It’s really hard to sell a personal service when you can’t be bothered to have a real conversation with your prospects.
